REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

§         Public courses: registration and payment should be made at least 7 days in advance of the course. If payment is not made in advance, eDT reserves the right to offer the course placement to others in case seats are full.

§         On-demand private courses: registration should be made at least 3 weeks in advance. 

§         Payment can be in cash, check or bank transfer.

§         Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment.

CANCELLATION

§         Cancellation made at least 5 working days before course: full refund.

§         Cancellation made within 5 working days before course: 10% administration fee will apply.

§         Cancellation made after course commencement: no refund will apply. However trainees have the option to book another schedule or course with equivalent price organised at the center.

RESCHEDULE COURSE

eDT reserves the right to reschedule a course with prior notice to trainees in the following cases:

+ An unforeseen circumstances prohibit an instructor being available.

+ There are less than 5 registrations per public class

+ Force majeure due to natural disaster, fire…

In such cases, trainees will be contacted and offered the choice of either a place in another schedule/course or a full refund of course fee previously paid.
